2006 Convention Behind Us |
| The 2006 Rural Rental Housing Trade Show and Convention was a great success. This year's convention carried forward the Association's commitment to providing useful training, recognition for our site managers who do such an outstanding job, and accomplishing these in a festive and friendly atmosphere that provides good opportunities for all of us to visit with other people connected with our industry. Thanks go out to Brian Green, president-elect and convention planner, Harvey Smith, Executive Director, and the entire RRHAO Board for their parts in making this event a success. | |

Pleasant Hill Apartments Dedicated |
| Pristine Development of Guthrie, Oklahoma
hosted a Grand Opening for Pleasant Hills Apartments, a 60 unit complex
located in Guthrie, March 8, 2006. On hand for this event were project
representatives, Deputy Undersecretary for USDA Rural Development,
Al Johnson, State Director for RD, Brent Kisling, President of the
Rural Rental Housing Association of Oklahoma, Beth Ann Greer-Raney
and many other interested guests. This is the first Multi-Family complex to be developed in Oklahoma financed with the Rural Development 538 Guaranteed Loan Program. Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency and many other partners made this project possible. |
